Brett Rosenthal is a personal injury trial attorney with 26 years of experience in handling and litigating personal injury cases from both sides; initially for 15 years as an insurance defense attorney for multiple insurance carriers, including Allstate, Liberty Mutual, Allied/Nationwide and Horace Mann, and for the last 11 years representing injured parties. Based on his prior defense experience he is acutely aware of what to expect from the defense and as a result has a good working knowledge of the most efficient and productive ways to prosecute plaintiff’s cases to maximize their recovery.
